Psalmus 127.
(2D)
Psalm 127.
127:1. Beáti, omnes, qui timent minum, * qui ámbulant in viis ejus. 1. Blessed are all they that fear the Lord: * that walk in his ways.
127:2. Labóres mánuum tuárum quia mandubis : * beátus es, et bene tibi erit. 2. For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: * blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee.
127:3. Uxor tua sicut vitis abúndans, * in latéribus domus tuæ. 3. Thy wife as a fruitful vine, * on the sides of thy house.
127:4. Fílii tui sicut novéllæ olirum, * in circúitu men tuæ. 4. Thy children as olive plants, * round about thy table.
127:5. Ecce, sic benedicétur homo, * qui timet minum. 5. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed * that feareth the Lord.
127:6. Benedícat tibi Dóminus ex Sion : * et vídeas bona Jerúsalem ómnibus diébus vi tuæ. 6. May the Lord bless thee out of Sion: * and mayst thou see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
127:7. Et vídeas fílios filiórum tuórum, * pacem super Israël. 7. And mayst thou see thy children's children, * peace upon Israel.
V. Glória Patri, et lio, * et Spirítui Sancto. V. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Ghost.
R. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper, * et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen. R. As it was in the beginning, is now, * and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
